K	Kristen W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Pauline's on the recommendation of a friend when I complained about how hard I find it to get good bras. I am SO SO happy I did! The manager was quickly able to size me (from a glance!) and pinpoint why I was having so much difficulty. She pulled bras from the rack with speed and accuracy all while still attending other customers. I was blown away by the service and the skill. I can't see myself ever going anywhere else ever again after this experience.

Cathy was extremely knowledgeable about the history, construction, and intended purpose of each bra she provided me. I tried on around 10 bras and never once felt pressured or as though I was a bother despite being short staffed due to covid times. Cathy worked to find me two every day bras and a sports bra (I came in the buy one and left with three!) She took the time to educate me about proper fit, wash and care techniques, and lifespan of the bras I bought. I will definitely return here despite the 4 hour drive from Barrie, On. In addition to their lines of lingerie they have beautiful clothing from casual to business as well as swimwear.

She truly cares and will find something that is perfect for you. I am happy to spend more to get fantastic service and a proper fitting, high quality bra. I won’t shop anywhere else!

Don't be deceived by the small store, there's lots of great options for bras, panties, swim suits and some other clothing as well. But what makes Pauline's special is the service. Kathy is amazing and you can be confident you'll leave with the perfect fitted bra. Highly recommend.

They carry high-quality clothing that you would find at big-city exclusive stores like Holt Renfrew and Nordstrom. Their store offers: • Professional bra fittings that won’t make you feel uncomfortable. • Very knowledgeable about products and vendors on the market; • High quality products that last decades unlike products from chain stores that focus on profit margins - from undergarments and nightwear to clothing - all products in the store are well made with superior and advanced fabrics and Paulines stands behind their products; • The fact Paulines can get items from suppliers quickly speaks well about their financial pedigree and relationship as a respected business in good standing; and • As a bonus, owner Cathy Maggio Howley is a stand-up-comic.
