It would be more believable however if the staff actually followed their mission statements for employment standards.
The supervisory roles are currently filled with employees who directly violate their mission statements.
Most certainly not someone youd like to foster a positive environment for the services they provide.
Hopefully, human resources addresses the issues at hand. Such a misfortune to have had such a terrible experience. This service is muchly needed for families. Perhaps employees are demanded to uphold their basic mission statements in their personal lives as well.
Hard to foster and preach if it's not followed.
Unbelievable.
