And when the loan was approved, the sales manager told me he wasn't going to sell me his car because I lived in Kingston instead of Brockville! The funny thing is, from the beginning they knew I was a resident of Kingston. What a poor excuse. Everyone knows they decided to break the contract in order to get a higher price! No good faith business! They also left me a loan record and collected my personal information!

Neal was patient with all our questions (and all my BS lol) and helped us pick the right car for us. No pressure sales, felt friendly and welcoming the entire time! UPDATE: Gotta say though, now that i've bought my car getting any info or assistance is like pulling teeth. Apparently, customer service takes a big nosedive once they've got your money. I was getting a lot of attitude from someone on the phone, i don't remember her name, because i didn't want an optional insurance package on the vehicle. I had declined the package in person, and multiple times on the phone as well. I took a couple of weirdly aggressive phone calls before she finally left me alone. I had also asked for some info regarding availability of manufacturer parts after the sale, I tried 4 times with various promises for someone getting back to me..... I ended up getting tired of ignored emails, and promises for return phone calls and going to canadian tire . Still like the car though, but i won't be wasting any more of my time with service or parts here.
K	Kent Rankin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inquired about a 2022 tundra they had up for sale for listed price of $53,990 plus fees =$63,794.83,now I was told to make a deposit via etransfer which I was fine with and asked for the email to send it to. Now I am from out of town and was willing to purchase the vehicle right out. I asked for the window sticker to see where all the fees were going. As soon as asked that I was told, oh someone came in and put deposit down on it. Funny enough after that I went on AutoTrader.ca and saw the same truck (same lot#) and it was listed for $57,372 ($3,382 more). So not only did I lose out on the vehicle but now they have increased the price ofln the vehicle. I contacted Toyota Canada to report this and they are advertising the vehicle over retail. Never will I be doing business with this dealership. Crooks

I live in the Belleville and Kingston area, but after being disappointed and frustrated with the lack of professionalism and transparency of the sales reps at both, I was truly impressed with Brad and his approach. If integrity is important to you then it is worth making the trip.
