★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As usual cost more than than CTC and Home Depot. But better organized and they could provide the sump pump and all the fittings to connect.
I had wasted almost 45 minutes at CTC only to give up it was almost as if I was a bother to the employe in pluming department.
Home Hard not on sale but had everything required for the sump pump project and the staff members were knowledgeable and help-full.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly rude customer service, and wouldn’t take an unopened diamond hole saw back because it was literally 10 days past the “30 day return policy”, and was apparently “discontinued”. Home Depot will take anything back, and that’s why I spend $50k there per year, and shop at home hardware only as an absolute last resort, I suggest you do the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lumber prices are a rip-off. a 2x4x8 board is $2.50 MORE per board here then at other lumber stores. Lumber prices have gone down - just not here.. Buy somewhere else - I'm all for helping local stores, but certainly not when they are price gouging. I have no patience for retailers who rip of the people that support them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know how Home Hardware stays in business. They close earlier than any other major store in the area. The sale prices often aren't posted. Items in stock on the website are not in stock. No one works in the paint department. Most of the customers in the store are in line waiting for one cashier. Everything remotely large is stored in the back yard where you have to drive around and ask someone to fetch it for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liked the store, very clean and well organized, they have some very nice decorative items as well as a decent stock of hardware, however after our second visit (we thought maybe we hit them on a bad day the first time) to this establishment, we can say for sure, the staff need customer service training. Very cold and uninviting - made you feel as though you were bothering them. Sad...

Yeah what else can I say the service is great the staff is knowledgeable and when you have questions they're more than able to help. A bit of a mix of everything house stuff garden stuff renovation stuff paint supplies
