★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very good experience at Brockville Enterprise. Booking online was convenient and the car was exactly what I requested. Michael was very helpful and courteous, I had to request an earlier pickup time and he was able to arrange the car pickup on time in spite of the short notice. Would definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typically I have no issues with renting a vehicle but unfortunately because of a few factors I was unable to rent a truck, which is what I really required. I was given the option of a minivan or a cargo van and the employee was really nice and gave me a bit of a discount for the inconvenience. I feel like I should have been notified before I had arrived the day to pick it up as I could have arranged another option. It did end up working out, I was able to accomplish what I needed to do using the minivan, however a better heads up would have been better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had gone through an insurance claim and needed a truck in a pinch this location didn't have one at the time but still managed to find me one. my insurance company canceled my rental without notifying me but Enterprise took it into there hands and potentially saved me $100s of overage charges!
great on all fronts, clean, great covid precautions, willing to help with anything couldnt be happier with the service!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay, I have used their services a few times now. Tried a "cheaper" avenue a few years ago and soon had a fresh lesson in "getting what you pay for." This time, we chose Enterprise again. The only reason they don't get a 5-star is because the first vehicle, while a lovely ride, was not up to their usual standards. I hesitated to complain, not wanting to be one of those people. It was a very busy time for me, not a vacation, and I thought that I didn't have time to negotiate and run back into Brockville to get a new rental. However, when I did place a complaint, the next day I was called. I was offered a new vehicle (a pretty sweet one!), and a significant discount on my bill. The new car was brought to me, an apology was issued, and a further discount was offered on my next rental. I think I shall change my rating back to a 5 from a 4 because we all make errors, overlooking things unintentionally. It impressed me how quickly they took responsibility and made restitution. Over and above, I think. See you soon, Enterprise Brockville, Ontario. Thank-you.
