★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pick up took almost 1 hour - it was busy as it was a Saturday, but they only had 1 person working and he was so flustered which just made things painful. The drop off did not go much better - as we made sure we were done and back at 4:00pm when our time was up and no one was at the office. There was a sign on the door that said back in 15 minutes - but we waited for 30 minutes. After a long day of moving the last thing you want is to wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U-haul is usually good for most places, but this time I got over charged the same transaction on the same day. Now calling customer service is a pain because your put in hold for a long time. And the yard is locked up so if you don’t bring it back on their hours they will charge you more money. I’d rather drive a little farther and not have to worry about getting charged again.
