★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called on Wednesday and got the owner. He said he didn’t have a girl too take my booking but said to call back Sunday. I called Sunday and he said he remembers saying that but didn’t know why he said it and normally has a girl to do bookings but she wasn’t there so to call back Monday. I explained I needed the truck for Tuesday and was worried leaving it to Monday would not guarantee I would get one and he said it didn’t matter because even if I booked through him the Calgary locations could take the truck I booked anyways. Don’t book through this location it’s Wotth the effort to book through Calgary and get service as well as guarantee I get a truck

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our truck broke down in Strathmore on our way from Calgary to Saskatchewan. We contacted the U Haul there and the couple that runs it were very friendly and helpful. They picked us up, got us into a truck that could pull our trailer, got us a good rate, and brought us back, helped us with hooking up the trailer, and made sure we were good to go. It was a pleasure to deal with them at a time when we were quite stuck to be honest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super sketchy, said we could pay debit then when we went to pay said we can ONLY pay credit card or cash even tho he had 3 different debit machines which is odd. Very unprofessional, argued with us non stop about payment. This place will screw you over. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. office was super dirty and smelt like an old lady’s basement. Worst experience I’ve ever had. If your looking for a uhaul go to the one on canal BLVD
