1 ; le store était bossé,
2; lorsqu'il est revenu , encore bossé
3; il me manque les fixtures ds la boite.

Les rendez-vous vous facile à prendre même si le temps d’attente est long (pas la faute du magasin, ils font leur possible pour accélérer le tout malgré la forte demande et le manque d’installateurs). L’installation fut rapide et très bien fait, aucun problème après celle-ci. Le service est excellent si problème avec un store. Qualité une fois installé excellente! Je suis très satisfaite et recommande ce magasin a tous ceux qui cherchent des stores pour leur fenêtres.
Very good service offered to the store for the choice and purchase of blinds. Lots of choice and quality material that follows trends. Appointments are easy to make even if the waiting time is long (not the store's fault, they are doing their best to speed things up despite high demand and a lack of installers). The installation was quick and very well done, no problems after this one. The service is excellent if there is a problem with a store. Quality once installed excellent! I am very satisfied and recommend this store to anyone looking for window shades.

Worst customer support we ever had to experience.
Curtains are too narrow and the so-called sellers cannot see anything.
We ordered and paid extra with measure.
It has been assured that if incorrectly measured it is the fault of the shop and will be mended.
Customized curtains are advertised on the homepage.
It is advertised with 60 years of experience.
It is advertised with visualizations.
The curtains are only shortened in length. The width was communicated to us after we complained is standard. There is only ONE.
We were given the same width of curtains in the living room as in the entrance area, although the living room window is almost twice as wide. Ridiculous. How can you sell that for so much money? You can't imagine how awful that looks.
The offer is to deliver two additional ones, of which we should pay for one. Guys, how does that look? Four curtains on a rod ...
The delivery time was far too long and only after payment / after the contract was said it currently takes longer. Wasn't mentioned before.
Prices are way too high.
If you still can. Flees. Go to linen chest .... half price, looks just as beautiful, and no hassle afterwards.

Update 2, Finally there was a call from Blinds To Go and we found a solution that fits all. The one star review becomes three stars..
