I went in the shop to get a brace for my knee injury and was very satisfied with my experience, both employees were very helpful and courteous in making sure i made the right decision. The Woman who helped me fit and test the brace (I don't remember her name)was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond what the level of customer service expected. She was very diligent in giving me all the information and guidance I needed, in buying the right brace for my injury.
Although I hope an injury wont require me to purchase anything from this store again, I would encourage others to give Braces Plus their business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just bought a Don Joy Ice Therapy Machine and we had very good sales help. Everything was explained very good and I was even given tips on how to make things easier. The price was equal to the on line stores, but we didn't need to ship anything! We liked the fact Braces Plus Inc did have this ice therapy machine in stock, the other stores in the area did not! We would shop here again!

The staff member who helped me (Christine?) was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, informative, friendly and above all patient with me. Prices were very competitive with online competitors but the differentiating factor here is the personal service, attention and knowledge that you can't get with a 1 click checkout.
