★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had need of their services recently and they did a fantastic job. The body panel lines aligned up, they used OEM parts and the paint was very clean. It looked like the folks there cared about my car. Also, they went out of their way to keep me informed through the whole process. When I got my car back it was cleaned and detailed which I appreciated. I highly recommend, and hopefully won't need their services again, but if I do I'll be back. Couple things they could address in the future: They did not aim my headlights after replacing them, but I was able to do this with a quick 10 mins and a screwdriver. Also because i work so it's a little inconvienient to pick up my vehicle during their business hours. I'd like to see them open a bit later or perhaps one day on the weekend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome! went in for a quote to to fix a scratch and the estimator guy power buffed it out for free! very friendly and pleasure to deal with. also gave my the number for there mobile paintless dent removal guy.. i love that there mobile, its very convenient ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a car accident and got my car towed and as soon as I opened the door it was the best atmosphere I have been to in a long time. Everyone was so friendly ,acknowledged you right away. we were able to remove most of our stuff for the car was a write off. and when I came to get the rest of my stuff they had it neatly in a pile and a young man carried it out for me. They also replaced my summer tires for my winter tires without hesitation. I see that take a lot of time out for the customer , I must say they have extreme customer service. Thank you so much for all the time and care you put into us. We would totally recommend your company to friends and family. Best service ever!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 2015 Volkswagen golf was repaired here in 2018. rear quarter and rear door was hit. Repair seemed okay at the time, white was not perfectly matched but very close.
Fast forward 3 years, now that rear quarter has rust spots. The rest of the car is completely rust free and you can clearly see were the repair was made rust has come through. I sold this car last month and took a massive hit on it because of this poor repair. Its difficult selling cars, let alone with a claim, and with a bad repair.
Surfaces were clearly not properly prepared before they painted the car and these types of things take a while to show, I would avoid this place unless you want a rusty car in a few years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was informed my vehicle would be repaired within a week, therefore I switched all my appointments at work to accommodate their timeline. Called me the following day informing me my repairs were complete and that the car rental is no longer covered.
Asked if I could pick it up after hours when I am off of work, they said no.

had serviced at this boyd body shop
because a reckless driver scratched side door panels and left dents
while the car parked in winter.
damages were on both driver side doors front and rear
brought this car to the shop
potential worries were the dents and front door how they replaced the door and paint it.
seemed ok, but they forgot about 3m protections on the edges of the doors
they did it, and a few days later the 3m film pilled out, went back and did it again.
felt super overpriced but didn't worry much because other side insurer paid.
overall seemed ok, but after 1 year and half.
look at the pictures.
the strip came out, it was slowly started since last winter.
and a few days ago, I could see what was going on inside
they AWFULLY glued and hid it and I saw a clip inside that was broken as well.
What the hell??
and the front door is making squawky noise when closing and open.
it was a brand new car.
Extremely angry and not happy about their service
how can they CHEAT a customer like this??
What a kind of mentality they have, Cheating and Dishonesty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boyd Auto Body repaired my car after it was in an accident. They were friendly, thorough and easy to deal with. Due to the pandemic parts were taking an extraordinarily long time to come in. I was updated regularly and as soon as my parts arrived my car was ready to go. I will likely only use Boyd in the future and will certainly recommend them to others. My car looks as good as new!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to warn anyone that goes to Boyd Autobody to make sure and check their repairs. I had a mishap with my quad and needed the back window of my truck replaced along with some body work. I will start with the good. It seems as though the body work and window replacement were done well but it is everything else that is horrible with the job that was done. The bed needed to be removed from my truck to complete the repairs and as shown in the pictures, the wiring and numerous clips were damaged and not put back properly. Entire harnesses not remounted! This is absolutely ridiculous! They broke the wiring connector for my power tailgate and had to send it to the dealership to find out what was wrong. I was told that i would have a new connector ordered by Boyd and STILL have not received a replacement. I dropped my truck off mod October and did not have it back for exactly a month. A MONTH. Now it has been another month and a bit and still no replacement part. I am severely disappointed with their service. Tje receptionist talks to you like she does not like her job. They got paint on my door handle during the repairand the headliner, which also needed to be removed, was FILTHY! Overall i am not happy. Again the paint and bodywork were done well. Im not just going to rant and put them down unnecessarily. But the rest of the job was very unprofessional. I would be embarrassed to give a vehicle back to a customer in that condition! And then break a connector and not replace it!!!! My big question is How many people dont notice or dont bring up these thing? How many people just trust the work is done properly? I have over 25 years of vehicle experience and this is very disheartening. Please check over your vehicles, no matter what work was done.
