I have been taking my classic cars to Dalzell's for years. The gentleman who works on my cars is Glen. He is a true car enthusiast and is able to work on old cars as well as dealing with the complications of a new vehicle. He takes great effort to do his absolute best. The car has fender protectors and the interior is protected while he does a test drive. I had my 60 Corvette in there and he tuned it beautifully. This week I took in my 65 Corvette that was running terribly. The brakes were 'spongy ' too. Glen performed a carburetor rebuild, worked on the brakes, and advised me the car needed a new radiator. These are typical problems with a car that has sat for years and years. Anyways, the car runs like a top now. They also track down OEM parts to keep the cars as original as possible. Quality work-quality prices. I recommend this shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter was about to take her driver's test and her examiner said her central brake light needed to be fixed before her test or she would not even be able to take the test. We had 10 minutes to find a place that would fix it and be back in time for her test! Talk about pressure! We didn't know the area we were located in at all. After a quick google search, we found Dalzell's garage, rushed over there and explained the situation. Within about 7 minutes, our car was fixed! Thank you Jeff Fediuk for the exceptional service and speed! We are so impressed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love all the guys at Dalzells!! I have been a loyal customer for more than 15 years now and refuse to go to anyone else. They always make sure my vehicle is safe and never do any unnecessary work, and my car is always cleaner leaving there than when I arrived. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new place to take their vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my opinion the most important part of choosing a mechanic is trust. I know little about the inner workings of my vehicle so trusting what they tell me is important. In the 5+ years I've been servicing my vehicles with Dalzell's I have never regretted money I've spent. Yes, sometimes it is expensive - but vehicle maintenance is expensive, this is just a fact of life. They don't cut corners, but they also run their shop as efficiently as possible to avoid passing on unnecessary costs to the customer. If I wanted to do the bare minimum I could go to a drive through oil and lube, but that's not going to be beneficial for my car long term.
The team here values the long-term health of your vehicle and make suggestions based upon that. When I don't understand the service/part they are recommending they take as much time as needed to walk me through it and explain it to me. They are very straightforward about helping you rank the recommend services in order of importance - what can wait until next service and what needs to happen now? All of their recommendations are important for your vehicle, but they do understand that customers don't have an unlimited budget. I have also never once had a bill come in higher than their estimate once they know what work is required. They aim to be accurate.
It is a family run business that understands that repeat business is important and I personally would never take my car anywhere else. I've also recommended then to friends who now also go there exclusively.

All of the staff are friendly, professional and are very good listeners. They are able to fix any problem that has ever occurred with our vehicles. Their quality of workmanship is astounding and they are always there for us in a pinch. They have often gone the extra mile for us in providing support and service beyond anything we've experienced anywhere else. Their quality of service is excellent and we would highly recommend Dalzell's to friends and family. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best shop I've ever been to. My car broke down on a Wednesday night. I dropped it off here around 7am on the Thursday in a panic, telling them I needed to get home to Red Deer on Friday evening. They reassured me, calmed me down (lol), and provided detailed communication on what exactly was wrong with my vehicle, and what they were planning on doing to fix it. They were in contact with me every step of the way, called me every time they were about to fix something, and were very clear with the prices from the beginning, so there were no surprises payment-wise. Fantastic job guys, keep doing what you're doing, and thanks again for all your help; you guys literally saved me.

We had Mike assist us with our 2013 Chevy Tahoe, he was not only on time with the repairs and diagnostics but provided incredible detailed communication in regards to everything and anything the vehicle needed and the attributed cost of repairs. I live in Beaumont at the moment and am more then happy to drive to the north side of Edmonton because I know my vehicle is in the best of hands! The shop is immaculate and my vehicle came out a lot cleaner then it went in which is a bonus.
Thank you Mike and the team at Dalzell's, you have proven that there are fantastic mechanics out there willing to go above and beyond to make their customers happiness and needs top priority. See you again soon, not too soon I hope lol!

Sure they aren't cheap but ask yourself what level of service you are looking for? They will keep your car running and not mislead you on what needs repair. I appreciate that honesty.
I also appreciate a nice sparkling vehicle at the end of service.
