My dad Julius, who is a senior, asked me to write this review on his behalf: "I picked up my truck today and am so very grateful for the friendliness, help, service, and quality of repair at Eastwood Auto Body. Charlie's the best!" Thanks for being so good to my dad, guys!

Eastwood Autobody is a great place to fix any auto body issue. I recently had my window smashed and brought my car in for repairs. Charlie noticed things that I did not with the multiple attempts at entry. He fixed everything up and sent me home with a clean car. Thanks for everything and hopefully I won't see you anytime soon :)

Brought my car in to get the back bumper repainted after backing into a cement wall. Service was great! The paint job was amazing. Looks brand new. Even cost below quote! Would recommend them to everyone!! Thank you Eastwood.

I was very impressed with the efficient work, fair rates and the quality of costumer service of this place. I went there for an estimate on installation and painting of a car door. Charlie was able to fix the door -I was told needed to be replaced- and was kind enough to do a small fix on my bumper without extra charge. Highly, highly recommend!!!

Charlie was awesome. Was on the way to another body shop for a quote when I saw the sign. Got the quote right away and the work was done two days later. Just got the car back and it looks brand new. Much thanks to Charlie and the team at Eastwood. Will definitely recommend this shop moving forward.

Charlie and his team are awesome! I walked in and got a quote right away, and was able to book at my convenience. The body work done on my car was fantastic, and I really appreciated that they were able to change my tires over while they were at it. They gave it back to me earlier than estimated, and it was spotless! All in all, very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

Finally on to the roof. At first I had no issues with the roof, other than a few runs in the clear coat that I had to bring back for them to wet sand and polish as I didn’t notice that when I picked up the car the second time (didn’t come out completely). The roof had a few dust nibs in it but upon my previous experience dealing with Charlie once the bill was paid for I decided to avoid trying to talk to him about their terrible quality of work, cut my losses and move on. Until just recently when washing my car I noticed these white spots in the paint, and a bunch of scratches all over the roof. You cannot feel these scratches and they don’t buff out which suggests that these are imperfections beneath the base coat from when they repainted the roof, these suggestions made my 3 autobody professionals, two painters, and my power polishing guy who has polished vehicles for over 20 years as a career. Their suggestions being they didn’t use enough clear coat on the roof when painting it and now that it’s worn over the past year is starting to show its true colours so to speak. I’ve now got to pay out of my own pocket getting the roof redone properly. They also quoted the insurance company to remove the trim on the roof and both front and rear glass to paint it properly. However they clearly just masked off the trim as you can clearly see a distinct line where the trim is and the paint is starting to peel. (see picture). The best advice I have for anyone considering Eastwood auto body to repair their car is simply go elsewhere. I’d much sooner go to Maaco, at least there you get what you pay for, unlike Eastwood that charges top dollar for substandard work. If you’re in the market for terrible bodywork I’d rate Eastwood a 5 star, however if you’re like myself who takes car of their vehicles and genuinely cares about about them then run, run far, run far far away from Eastwood Auto Body.

First off, the two “5 Star” reviews are clearly internal as there is no way anyone could rate Eastwood Auto body that. If they deserve any review it would only be a negative one. I’ve had nothing but issues upon getting my car back from an insurance claim. The scope of work was to repaint the front bumper cover from a hit and run, and repaint the roof due to a few dents. I’ll start with the bumper cover as that will be the review that most will be able to relate to. Upon pickup of the car it was noticed that the hood and bumper did not align properly, as the support was still pushed in from the hit and run. The bumper was out of alignment by about ½”. There is a black trim piece at the entrance to the radiator opening that not only wasn’t repainted, but scuffed up from the poor prep work before painting and included blue paint from the terrible masking job they had performed. Upon relentless arguing I was able to get Charlie to agree to repaint the black trim portion to a semi acceptable standard and get the support pulled out further to better line up. Now to the quality of the paint job. There is dust nibs throughout the paint, on both the bumper and the roof, as well as a noticeable spot where the fender and bumper meet that clearly lacks base coat as you can see it is a noticeably lighter colour and when you get up close you can see its almost blotchy from where the primer is showing through. In addition to the issues above, there are a variety of specialty dealer only clips holding the cover on, these clips remain broken as they were not replaced by Eastwood auto body (however I am sure the insurance company paid for them). These broken clips allow for the bumper cover to wiggle as if it was barely held on by anything. (The clips are expensive, and I’ve got to pay for them out of pocket and install them myself). My bumper also has fog light covers with OEM stickers on them. These stickers were replaced by Eastwood, and to quote Charlie, “installed the exact same way that they were when the car was dropped off, we made templates before removing them”. Well, the sticker says “STi”, and directly below reads “Subaru Technica International”. When my car came back there is now a 2.5 inch space between the two. Upon showing Charlie the pictures I had of the front end in front of Eastwood auto body in the background, and showing how the stickers were not “that way when dropped off” he proceeded to tell me that “they are expensive stickers and they don’t look that bad, I wont be doing anything about that”. Which I personally believe is my decision to make, but I’ll let you be the judge of that. ( look at the pictures). There was also primer overspray on the rear that was polished out at this time and masking tape residue that was removed when I brought the car back.
