★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The drive thru is unique, almost a feeling of driving thru a mini maze lol. Personally I found it fun. Especially with a smiling customer service person, at the end of the maze. ? Great Ice Cappuccinos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a chocolate chiller with my order but did not receive it. There was no mention about this product not being available within their menu. I did not receive a call from their establishment. They simply changed my order to exclude it without offering a replacement. So one person in my home did not receive a drink. This happened an hour prior with my neighbor who WAS charged and did not receive the item in that order.
This is not customer service. Change your menu or call your customer. Pretty shady business tactics. I won't be ordering from them again. Skip rating is wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered from here yesterday morning through SkipTheDishes, I tossed all the food in the garbage. The strawberry jam and the peanut butter plain bread tasted and smelled terrible everything else was the same. The coffee was very cold “Yuck” I hope they stop providing service like that again and care about the business and the customers..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tim Hortons just off yellowed needs to know that customers that walk in are just as important as drive thru.
Management needs to know that this is a real turn off when it is very obvious that walk ins are not treated the same as drive thru clients
