★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer experience. I do not recommend this location. Their fountain drink is not working so they are charging the customers extra as if it’s our fault. Instead they should at least give quality customer service. Poor management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Taco Bell/KFC I've ever been to. Honestly, drive to another location. Arrived and 2 people had been waiting before me for their food, there was a man literally falling asleep in the chair waiting for his order and shockingly I received mine before his, when I left he was still waiting. They forgot an item and I didn't notice until I got home, the corn smelled and tasted rancid, did not have more than a few kernels. Kfc burger had a congealed sauce that is not congealed at any other KFC location, they ignored several customers long enough that they just left. .. it was just awful.. dont go here unless you want a comically bad experience and terrible food

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cheese quesadilla is supposed to have a creamy jalapeño sauce… only got cheese. Twice in a row now.
The bean and cheese burrito is supposed to have bean, cheese, a red sauce and onions. This burrito has different stuff on it every time I order from this location. Usually they miss the onions and red sauce completely.
Come on guys learn your own menu it ain’t that hard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only location that I been to that has a window for Take Out ordering. If they think I'm going to stand outside while ordering my meal... I'll just get my food from Subway. Apparently they don't have a problem with people inside their business. Why isn't 0 stars an option?

Sadly other people in Edmonton do not share the same opinion and the number of taco bells has dropped.
This location has great staff, they make really good fries supreme and their tacos are also nicely done.
