★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im in my 40s and im born in edmonton. Believe it or not this is the first time i order and eat from subway. Food was ok, but the service was terrible. placed my order online and they promised my sandwich will be ready in 30 minutes. I arrive after 30 minutes and they didn’t do the order. i had to wait 15 more minutes. and when it ready she asked me about my name and how to even spell it. What are you trying to accuse me of here? Judging by other reviews here, this place does not like online orders. Seems like they prefer to hide sales or something in that nature?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this subway, as I visited this subway 5-6 times last month I got excellent service. Staff was very friendly and hard-working. Store is clean as well. I have ordered online as well and I got my order in perfect manner. Lastly their service is perfect and they never disappointed me

The employee moves slower than a pregnant yak ...omg ...I went in to order 4 th in line ...waited ...got tired of waiting ..went next door to Ronaldos pizza ...super fast and the employee super cute ....better than subway ....got my donair ....left walked past the door of subway and the same 2 guests were still ordering and the same guy I stood behind was thete....I waved my food in the air as a sign of Victory to the sandwich artist ( lol ?)....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed 2 orders online to save time because I have better things to do than wait for my subs. I get there to find out only one order has been prepared due to her "not noticing" it and makes me wait 15 minutes past my pickup time for my second order then tried to give me my coffee I ordered that she admitted was from this morning. I don't drink 8 hour old coffee. It smelled horrible. This was at 430pm on a Sunday. The employees name is Linh. If she is there go anywhere else instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in for a warm cup of coffee on a bitterly cold afternoon and I was told by the sandwich artist that's a morning thing I have none right now, so I had tea. The person wasn't a star employee but yet you could tell she took care of things.They had no cream and the sugar packet's almost didn't come out hard as a rock but wow the smell of a Subway is so so a smell to identify so that made up for all .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 25 minutes while she prepared skip orders. No selection of bread! The lady took her glove off to touch the skip iPad and went back to almost make subs all while the other employee was cutting cucumbers and there was 6 people behind me
