If their facilities are this nasty then I can only imagine how their kitchen and prep stations would look..... avoid
K	Karen Red Crow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do I have to offer a star .. if I had the choice I WOULD NOT , im a grandma who asked my grandchildren what they want to eat . AFTER picking them up from school . Naturally they said McDonald's, 40 bucks later and worst service ever . The cashier forgets my Fries that I ordered, which is fine , But when I made my order soon as I walk in , I asked for a plain Cheeseburger times 2 . Repeated myself just to be sure . "Waiting" get my food . no fries and NO PLAIN CHEESEBURGERS . And when I d go up twice to ask for what I ordered. MADE TO FEEL LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT, and get totally rudeness. Sheesh ,, just out for a quick meal before I drop my grandkids off at home . I'll be going to WENDYS next time .

If your looking for a great overall experience while you munch down a little, this isn't your place before, during, or after supper during the week. I feel as though the group of employees are either burnt by that time, or just all have a mouth full of salt at those times. No joke. It was strange.

You can tell the meat isn't sitting in heaters for too long before being served to customers. It makes the food taste fresh and yummy and in this location I've never had a problem with burgers tasting dry or burned.
K	Kadiatou Cherif Diallo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 to this store, I won’t hesitate a sec.The (female) evening manager (who works until 11pm) who wears black clothes, is so rude , ( I am professional so won’t swear) , I have never met a manager unprofessional. We don't pay money to take someone's disrespect. She gave me a wrong order I had to go back to change at the drive thru. I had to wait almost 10min after she didn't even say she's sorry. if you are a manager at least do your job well and give good examples to your employees. I am making this review because I have never had a good experience with this lady. Probably another people are experiencing the same thing. You can't make everyone happy that’s for sure but doing your best to make customers happy is part of your job but she doesn't even smile let's start with that. It doesn't even make you want to come back. I'm done with this store!!!

Then the evening manager thought I wanted it for free. Had to keep explaining no ill pay for it. I don't want it for free. I'm just not impressed when someone doesn't listen to my order. Do better people.

The last two week the new workers have really been screwing the reputation for this place. I got a large hot chocolate this morning. I ordered on the app because it’s faster and I needed to get to work. It took her 7 minutes to make a Large Hot chocolate, not to mention they served 3 people behind me before they even started mine. And when I got to work it was just hot milk with little bit of chocolate in it. Like it still looks like milk too!. I’m extremely upset as I have a hot chocolate every morning to wake me up but it was really icy this morning and didn’t want to fall and break my cup so I bought one. And paid 3.50 for Warm Milk ?? Not to mention they don’t know to stir it? Come on I know they are learning but come on
