M	Michael Richard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the WORST KFC location in Edmonton.. The fountain pop is always watery , the place smells like dirty grease as they never change there grease enough and there are always Filipino staff mocking customers in there language. I recommend going to any other location if you want to avoid getting sick. Dirty location. And always very , VERY Slow ! How this place never got shut down is beyond Wonder. AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH !! Also a hangout for Drunk’s and street people. Dangerous just to buy food from this location.

r	ruff5050 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees stole from me. Went through the drive thru, paid for my bill, noticed that I had been overcharged for items not even on their menu. Brought it to the attention of the staff, they acknowledged I was over charged but refused to give me a refund! Stating their manager isnt in so they cant give refunds. I stared at him, and asked how is this possible? I havnt driven off, I havnt even gotten my order yet and you wont correct a mistake you made? THIEVES, plain and simple. Picture below of the guy who refused to give my money back cause hes pocketing it. Has red, green and white face mask.

Also ordered 2 tacos never recieved but paid for staff are ignorant and were yelling at each other. Will never go to this location again. Avoid at all costs. Can't even go inside to order.
C	Chris Kanash on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to stand outside to wait for our chicken as you are not allowed to go inside. We cornered the market on wings as we received allot of them in a 15 piece bucket. It was our first time at this location as ours in Capilano was out of chicken and we would have to wait 30 minutes. I guess we should have waited as wings are ok but not 1/2 the bucket. So unless you like wings, go somewhere else. BTW when it's cold outside and they will not allow you in to wait for your food it sucks.

They were excited, jumping up and down when I put the KFC bag on the table. Opened the bag and they realize that almost half of their order is missing! The 4-year-old boy, also noticed his favorite "popcorn chicken" not there! Looking at their disappointed eyes, I don't know that how many "star" I should give this location . By your laziness, your carelessness, you guy just ruined my happy family dinner ( I learn a lesson: never trust KFC, must double-check each order!)
E	Ella Ridge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting and half my order was missing, they even managed to screw up my cans of drinks being warmer that the food it’s self. Just horrified with the quality. Corn was crunchy, fries were stale, and the inside of my bun was soggy. I will NEVER order from this place again. I threw my food in the bin as I do not believe they are sanitary at all with the quality of this food, the staff clearly do not care about their jobs and should be provided training or fired. KFC should not allow their name and quality to be compromised by people that do not care like this.

This KFC has got to be the cheapest KFC I've ever come across, I should mention, KFC is not a place I would normally eat from. I asked for dark meat only, 3 times, the drive thru cashier tells me 3 legs, dark meat and a wing, white meat, are in the box. I check the box again and if that's what KFC calls legs, I hate to see what they call a thigh. As I pulled away I actually said to my boyfriend, I'm not even sure what's in that box, sure doesn't look like a chicken. Also, the meal included 2 chicken tenders, with no sauce! Absolutely horrible!! Edit: tried to attach a photo, I wasn't able to.
