★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an insurance claim and was instructed to take my car to Boyd's. The work appeared to be fine, as I didn't notice any drastic change to the driving. The car pulled a bit and was a little rougher at high speed than it used to be, but I chalked that up to the fact that it had been repaired. Now 1500 km later the car is in for regular service and the mechanic noticed that the front axle is destroyed and needs to be replaced. The car hasn't had any impact since the original accident (which is VERY obvious, given the fact that it's basically impossible to destroy an axle WITHOUT ANY OTHER DAMAGE TO THE CAR), so the only conclusion is that Boyd's released a car that WAS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car was not fixed when they said it's fixed. Had to go back into shop. Also the hood was promised to be fixed, but hail was excluded and paint went over the hail damage. I emphasize with Boyd to say that hail was not part of vandalism, yet intact promised to fix hood, and so I was left disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jay was quick, informative and honest, kept me in the loop every step of the way. Open and thorough with any and all questions I had. Then with tact and confidence trusted his talented painter Scotty to go above and beyond for the actual work, fully exceeding my expectations. For anyone that doesn’t know much about auto paint, it is an art, and when perfected by a skilled craftsman taking pride in his work the results are noticeably brilliant. & Not to mention the charming young lady at the front desk. Would recommend Jay and the boys at boyd crowfoot to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mine was a complicated repair on a technically advanced vehicle, but the job was completed in a prompt manner and looks/performs spot-on.
Top-Shelf work, extremely accommodating and helpful staff.
Would have no reservations recommending them to a friend.
Entrance is definitely not wheelchair friendly, so make certain you've got your phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jay and his team are awesome. The fixed my car fast, and kept me in the loop all the way along. Plus they took the time to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Once the repairs were done, I had a wind whistling noise, coming from somewhere. Jay wouldn't give up until he hunted thst whistle down and made sure it was gone. Thank you Jay and your team for the awesome service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to go back to Boyd Autobody for warranty work and it was honored no questions asked. I delayed bringing the vehicle back because I assumed it would it be covered. Because of my delay the rust became significant. Even though I was responsible for it becoming worse, they never tried to dismiss my claim. Richelle was amazing in handling the process for me and Scott was great in reviewing the work performed - which was fantastic craftsmanship.
