There were a number of mix-ups with parts that were ordered (no fault on Boyd), but Leah called repeatedly to give me an update when there were delays and kept me apprised of when the repair was to be completed. Thank you to the entire team for all of your work, I can't recommend you all enough.

Leah made sure everything was ready for me and made sure my needs where met and also any questions that I had to ask. After a couple days I came beach to pick up my car and honestly they did such a great job with my car they also washed my car and had it looking like new. My ducky’s can finally fly in the air again thanks to all you amazing staff. Hands down all you guys rock and thank you all for the smiles and the laughs. Keep up the great work. The Flying V Honda ?

These businesses provide you knowledge, understanding and good value for the money you are about to spend.. God knows these values are ever increasingly hard to find in the world we now live in. Boyd Autobody, Langford is one of the companies we have learned to trust. They have repaired our vehicles from damage caused by others. Staff clarified the work that was needed, time it would take and total cost for that work. Our vehicles were repaired on time, at estimated cost and back to a factory level. That is normally what you expect to receive. Oh no, not this outlet. Had a problem with a rear door latch. Nothing to do with any repair work they had undertaken. It just stopped working. Took it back to Boyd. Spent 40 minutes to tear apart our door. Found the problem - cable had slipped out of the latch assembly. Corrected problem and put it all back together. Cost not a penny. Customer service at the highest level. This company is truly worth supporting and we will continue to do so.

She worked really effectively with me to decide on the work to be done and went above and beyond to improve an unrelated repair. Now that I've picked up the car, I'm extremely happy with the quality of the work. You never want to need the services of a company like Boyd but when you do find yourself in that situation, you couldn't ask for a better company.

I walked through their doors, feeling quite lost and sad, and they treated me like I genuinely mattered. They knew I was hurt and they wanted to make sure that I knew they saw me, they were with me, and without hesitation, they took the burden of making decisions, off my shoulders. They restored my faith in humanity that good people do exist! My out-of-province inspection failed because I had very light tinting on my front side windows. Two other companies in town quoted me to completely replace the windows for around $800. I went into Boyd to get a quote and they said 'I think you can just peel off the tint', which they did in 5 minutes flat and didn't charge me!!! The other companies never even gave this to me as an option! LOVELIST PLACE EVER. Thank you for saving me close to $1000!
J	Jared Busch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ caused some damage on my SUV while off-roading, asked several local off-road communities what autobody shop they recommend, there were several suggested, but Boyd's had the most and highest recommendations. Dropped it off on a Tuesday and picked it up on Friday. They said it was because they were a little slower that week, but I think they were being modest. The staff are not only very professional, but extremely friendly and personable. One of the staff likes to go off-roading too, so they understood my pain. After I picked up my vehicle, I noticed some of the work done was a little bit off, so I brought it back and they fixed it on the spot while I waited, no questions asked. One of the parts that needed to be replaced was a headlight assembly, I had an expensive aftermarket LED bulb in my old assembly and forgot to ask them not to throw it out so that I could swap it over to the new one myself...So when I picked up my vehicle, I was worried they'd thrown it out, but nope, the technician noticed it was aftermarket and just swapped it over for me. I was extremely happy about that. And the paint blending they did was flawless, looks like nothing happened, very impressed. I would and will 100% recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. Big thank you to the staff at Boyd's on Sooke road for taking care of me and my vehicle, you guys are awesome!

They walked me through the entire process of repairs and made it a lot easier to navigate all the insurance requirements. When I picked my car up today, it looks brand new again and I couldn’t even tell where the damage was. Thank you so much to the kind wonderful staff at Boyd Langford.
