J'ai payé pour une réparation avec garantie de 6 mois.
Le soir même la machine s'est recassée.
Depuis, Boucher Electrique a décidé qu'il ne réparerait pas une 2ème fois, et ne répond plus à mes appels.
Bien entendu aucun remboursement.
Conclusion:
mauvaise réparation et garantie inutile
I got scammed.
I paid for a repair with 6 months warranty.
The same evening the machine was recassée.
Since then, Boucher Electric has decided that he will not repair a second time, and no longer responds to my calls.
Of course no refund.
Conclusion:
bad repair and unnecessary warranty

C'etait la première fois que nous faisions appel à Boucher Electrique.
L'element bake de notre vieux four de la fin des années 60 ayant décidé de lacher.
Mon mari l'a démonté et il a fallu ensuite trouver la pièce. On a regardé en ligne, chercher dans l'occasion pour finalement que je pense à Boucher Electrique.
On a bien choisi. Il a repondu tres rapidement et amicalement à ma requête. A commandé la pièce (moins chere que son concurrent) et le lendemain (moins de 24h) on la recevait !
Ca fonctionne ! On vient de faire cuire des cuisses de canard confites.
Je recommande chaleureusement Boucher Electrique.

It was the first time that we called on Boucher Electrique.
The bake element of our old oven from the end of the 60s having decided to let go.
My husband took it apart and then we had to find the part. We looked online, looking for the opportunity to finally think of Boucher Electrique.
We chose well. He responded very quickly and in a friendly manner to my request. Ordered the part (cheaper than its competitor) and the next day (less than 24 hours) we received it!
It works ! We just cooked confit duck legs.
