★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A remarkably apathetic effort by the kitchen and staff. Trademark medium rare pizza, all out of three primary items, undersized portions not representative of the images in the menu.. inadequate service. Family of six and even the 4 year old was confused with the low quality. No one willing to be an ambassador at this location… We still tipped well as a farewell to the franchise. Couldn’t wait to leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 of us went on a busy Sunday evening. The restaurant were short staffed but you would never have known. The whole team came together and ran the place. Everyone was polite and never rushed us. Great experience at Langford Boston Pizza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Celebrated granddaughters 5th birthday, 4 of us in total. We all had spaghetti and meatballs, my daughter's pasta was still raw and was lacking sauce and all of our meals had frozen meatballs. The waitress apologized and brought the manager over. The manager pretty much laughed it off, and made no attempt of a apologize. She even said "perfect" and I pointed out that this isn't perfect and than she said sorry. They charged us the full amount for the meals and didn't offer any dessert for my granddaughter,s birthday. Not impressed at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efficient and awesome staff. They messed up my pizza so gave me a free one to take home. My only complaint, however, is that the sausage wasn't cooked enough for my tastes. When I come here next, I'll ask for my pizza well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dined on the Sports Bar side of the restaurant and enjoyed friendly service. The calamari was pretty good although a fairly small portion (but that's food costs these days). Pizza crust was a little on the toasty side but you can't beat Boston Pizza sauce. Still my fave pizza ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They said upfront they were understaffed, though that wasn't the issue. Two of our food items, out of 5, were made incorrectly. The waitress was nice when we saw her, which was only when she was bringing us something. Food tasted fine, but it was an hour before we ate. Pretty sure a manager was sitting in a corner booth in the bar, trying to avoid anything actually happening in the restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I came in on Sunday March 13 around 7pm and sat in the bar. Our male server (not sure his name) was super attentive and just all around a pleasure to be served by. He was decently busy but constantly being attentive to not only his guests in the bar but also the servers that needed drinks as well. Very impressed and would come back anytime time he was working

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for lunch, our server was great and very friendly. Unfortunately by the time we got our food the pizza was cold and no one had checked up on us so we proceeded to eat our lunch. The pizza still tasted great though and the Thai bites we enjoyed very much! By the time she came back and asked us how the food was we explained that it was cold. She was very nice and expressed she was sorry about that and she would take the pizza off the bill. We would still come back and eat here!
