Ordered a Hawaiian pizza and it was super dry. Pizza was warm but it tasted like it was left out for two days on the burner on mild heat. EDIT: They reached out to me and gave me money back to compensate so the service is good at least.

Got upsized from mediums to larges for free, loaded with cheese and toppings, delivered on time. Delicious, can't be beat. Hawaiian with bacon bottom two, chicken bacon ranch on top.

I have picky kids, "not too much cheese, no sauce " etc etc and these guys actually care and have always delivered quality pizza, and made how we ordered it. Customer service 5 stars! Quality 5 stars!

Just an amazing experience from delicious pizza to a super friendly delivery guy. Some of the best non wood fired pizza in town. Highly recommend.

I've been ordering pizzas from Villages for a few years now. Total conversion from Domino's. Villages ingredients are great and they have a wide selection. Obviously I've had a bad pizza before and they aren't perfect but they just people making pizzas. Delivery times have always been reasonable. Since some of their pizzas have many ingredients and can be thicker, I always ask for 'well-done'. I think it tastes much better. Try it. I'm gonna order a pizza now. Their website on mobile is god aweful though for viewing the menu. Can only see one pizza at a time.

This place has been my go to for a while but they are really slipping lately. While I'm sure a part of that has to do with it being hard to get staff in a city no one can afford to live in, I think there are a couple other issues that could be better. A couple months ago I placed an order for pick up. It was not ready when I came in. It was busy so that's fine but when my order came up it was wrong. Like the wrong size. The manager wanted me take it anyway. And I said no because I needed a large or we wouldn't have enough. He seemed really made at me. Umm, not my fault but I get that it was busy and they were frustrated. He then called the order in for a thin crust while wheat. I say no it was a regular crust. He insisted that they have never had regular crust whole wheat and rather than argue anymore, I just let it go. I did check in their menu later and both regular and thin crust whole wheat were on there. You know what I hate? Gaslighting. It's really insulting. I ordered pizza once since then and they said they were out of the regular whole wheat that time. Haven't ordered since.

Edit: Someone got back to me way faster than I expected after the first call, the next day the owner called and started looking into it right away. The refund went through today, turns out it was just an issue between the two banks and the holiday totally not on Villages and they were amazing about communication after the initial interaction. Original: I’ve ordered here before and the pizza is pretty good but I put in an order back on December 20th a little late in the evening and was called and told my order couldn’t be completed because there was a high demand and they didn’t have enough delivery drivers to get it to me. I was okay with that because they called pretty soon after and I had time to make other plans for dinner. It’s been over a week and the charge was still on my account the charge wasn’t cancelled when it was still pending. I called and the person who answered had no idea how to fix it and all they could offer was to take my name and said I would get a call in a few days.
