K	Kim Hampton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was warm on top ice cold in the middle. Server's didn't ask how it was. Appetizers were good will NOT return
B	Brooke Sanderson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was slow and everything we ate was overcooked. We actually had to go up to the servers to get any cutlery. The person I was with had a couple glasses of Pepsi as well and the servers didn't clear that off the table until when we were paying. There also was no sour cream apparently for the perogi pizza which I would've rather known about before had otherwise I wouldn'tve got it. The server offered cactus dip in exchange for sour cream which I agreed to but then they charged us for the dip to top it all off.

After 10 mins waiting the server came out and went to a table that arrived after us then she disappeared again, 5 mins later at we decided we had waited long enough and walked out. Later telling my daughter how bad service was she said she could of warned us not to go there. It has a terrible reputation for service and people avoid it, It seems most people know and now I realize why the parking lot is always empty.
G	Ghorock5 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gone to this location a number of times as a final stop for my daily errands. The food has always been top notch whether it was a steak sandwich or a jamba fett. If ever you want a place to stop by for an evening snack come here and visit Bryon in the lounge. Such great service by this gentleman.

It being the night Calgary played game 3 in Edmonton naturally we packed up the kids and headed over. It started well. But unfortunately our waitress didn't seen interested. She was not rude in any way. Just tried to rush us the whole time. I had to ask for every drink twice. She basically said about 10 mins after the appy that she wanted our food order now. The service was extremely slow and had to remind her about stuff we had ordered. Again she was not rude at all. Just cold and unattached. The manager I assume she was. Now she made up for it. She was outgoing and friendly despite wearing a Oilers jersey she was top shelf. ? It's unfortunate that a place has everything going for it food, awesome drinks, the vibe was flowing.. But all I will recommend is great manager but less then stellar waitress. I know it's not 5 star dining. But we still dropped 250$ and could of been more. Patrons deserve to feel invited and relaxed by the server. That was a fail this time..

Constantly had to look for a staff member to attend to your needs. Didn't matter if you wanted to order a drink or food or get your bill. Wasn't the best experience I have ever had there...
K	K. Pie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tonight my wife and I had a fantastic dining experience. We were greeted by a wonderful young lady and we were promptly seated. After ordering our drinks, they came out very quickly. I decided to try something a little different Tonight for supper. I ordered the Pineapple, Beet, and Goat Cheese Salad with Grilled Chicken Breast. Then Cheesecake for dessert. Food quality was outstanding, and the customer Service from the entire team was exemplary. Thanks BP's for a stress free experience.
