★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love A & W. Always get great service at Village Mall.. but out at Gasoline Alley 8 min through the drive thru for a bacon and egg English muffin at 0810 hrs and nobody else in the line? I usually feel like I'm intruding there. It's been over 3 yrs since I went there last and I think it's my last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impressed that they got my order correct. With having a huge family usually mistakes are made when ordering, but not here. Everything was accurate and fairly speedy. Also not to mention it was really quiet compared to the other restaurants that are in Gasoline Alley.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went inside to order and they were fairly backed up which okay, but we stood there for a long time at the order counter and never got even a glance, even after they'd caught up and there was almost no one in the building. They were taking new drive thru orders when we'd been standing there for 20 min, still didn't acknowledge us. Then they gave the order of the only people ahead of us to a drive thru order on accident??♀️. There were two girls working the front counter and for some reason one decided to sweep instead of take our order. The fact that we weren't even looked at once, or told "be with you in one moment", was just appalling. It was such bad customer service.
