★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today at 2:45 pm. Employee came from the storage who was working on stock supplies. Started chopping apples for the juice. Didn't changed his disposable gloves, upon asking. Replied - I'm gonna change them now.
Take of yourself, if u go out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a smoothie for pickup and I was a bit late due to traffic. I thought my smoothie would be watery. I was surprised. Not only the staff was friendly but I noticed the smoothie was well stored and preserved, not waiting over the counter all watery, just as if it was out of the blender!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed in you guys ...was a formerly well-run establishment.. When you pay 14 buck for 2 fresh squeezed juices you expect it to be done well and consistent to the other locations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t remember my Matcha Monsoon costing $8 but I paid happily expecting the delicious green tea smoothly that has become my favourite. Was a bit disappointed by the watery consistency and very mild flavour. Had my friend try it too just in case I was being too critical. Maintaining consistency is a difficult game, especially in the food industry so I wouldn’t normally leave a dissatisfied review but to receive a lower quality product after a price increase is frustrating. I’ll give it another shot but only because I’ve been coming to this location long enough to know that this isn’t their best work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was not happy with my experience. This was my first visit to this location, I usually end up going to whatever booster juice is nearby. I like to get my smoothies without ice because otherwise I don’t like the thickness. I came to the counter and I asked for my smoothie and I said no ice. The guy said no problem and then he proceeded to take payment for me without saying anything. I see that my total is more money Then what it usually is, and then I look at the screen and he charges me for Almond milk. I ask him no I don’t want to pay for more almond milk, I just asked for no ice because I don’t want it so thick. I never said that I want more liquid, and he didn’t even tell me he was going to charge me. I do not appreciate that because you should at least give someone heads up. Avoid this location, and the snake worker. I ended up getting my smoothie without ice and it was perfect it was also filled to the top, so I don’t understand why he was trying to charge me for extra almond milk, when I never said anything about that. Avoid. Every other location that I have visited in Edmonton has been perfect. They just make it without ice with no fuss call mama and without trying to charge me more money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good Booster Juice in Strathcona. Nothing extraordinary but service and product were good. It met all of my expectations.
I did find it odd that all of the seating (chairs and tables) and amenities (straws, napkins, etc) are still put away (COVID relates).
Otherwise no complaints.
