We are dedicated to supporting Canadian charities and not-for-profit organizations that embody the Booster Juice Lifestyle and contribute to a healthy community! Over the last 20 years, Booster Juice has donated thousands of dollars to national causes, as well as sponsored local initiatives with in-kind contributions. This includes the Gord Bamford Foundation, Mike Weir Foundation, Stollery Children’s Hospital and CHEO, just to name a few. We are also proud to be long time partners with three charities on a national level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love booster juice! Strawberry storm, very beery, berry sensation, strawberry sunshine, wildberry basil and tropikale are my favorites! I drink booster juice almost every week lol, wish they had a membership card or something where I could collect points and redeem them haha it would be fun. A must try for sure. And their wraps are pretty tasty as well.

It is the 4th time - we are hearing same thing from employees- After taking the order, at the time of the payment they realize they don’t have fruits available or they say they have already squeezed Juice - if we want one!! My experience over here is completely unsatisfactory!! I would really like to request the manager to get back to me on this!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ POOREST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. Lady never smiled once. Seemed to busy to even take my order. 3 employees in store. I was the only customer and I had to say excuse me I’m ready to order now before receiving service. Really disappointed. Especially for their poor quality food. Smoothies are everywhere for cheaper. Especially right now, customer service should be the biggest focus of every business. Yikes. Love booster juice, but that store really needs to step up it’s game.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good. Not great. But there's always room for improvement. The smoothie was good, the service was okay, the speed of service was acceptable, and the prices were as expected. A little bit quicker service or slightly better prices would easily make this a 5-star experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boyfriend went in to order smoothies. Staff were sitting on the floor. He ordered two smoothies, staff member confirmed multiple times but did not include the second one. Boyfriend repeated the names of both smoothies three times. He ended up paying for and getting only one. He was too frustrated to correct staff yet again. Other staff member sat on the floor the entire time.
This is not the first time we have had issues with this location. Absolutely terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order here regularly, and it is often enough that they remember my order exactly as soon as I walk in the door - I appreciate that they remember it.
Sometimes it gets busy during typical hours, like breakfast or lunch, but that's to be expected, but the product and service has always been consistent even with new employees on till or at the food prep area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An Asian male worker with black hair walked up to the register while watching a video on his phone and didn’t even say hi, but just looked at me expectantly. When I asked if a seasonal smoothie was still available, he said no and went back to watching the video as I decided and continued to watch it the entire time he helped me. Did not say anything after I finished paying and continued to stand at the counter looking down at his phone. The smoothie tastes great, but I felt bad for the female employee he was working with and would not recommend the customer service as a style to any other franchise.
