Even when other customers were coming in the store Dilpreet was able to help them and myself. Dilpreet also sanitized all the glasses for me so I felt comfortable trying them on. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I went to BonLook to buy my mother a pair of new progressive lens glasses.
It was one of the best experience we've ever had purchasing a new glasses. We definitely recommend this place.
We were approached by Angad (Sales Supervisor), he explained everything you needed to know in detail for buying glasses. He:
1. Explained what includes in their starting price right off the bat which includes frame and lenses, cheaper than other glasses shops we've visited. (It's great that the prices are fixed and they have the starting price chart.)
2. Explained different sizing available for frames and found well-fitting frame size for my mother (never saw or were explained about sizing in other glasses stores).
3. Showed us an option for extended nose bridged plastic frames (great alternatives to consider if it's your style)
4. Compared different lens coatings and their benefits. Showed us actual lenses to explain the difference not just words like many other glasses shops, which made it very easy for all of us to understand the benefits.
5. Did not rush us, waited for us to check out various styles and decide. Yet, he was very attentive and was there for us when we needed his help.
Overall, Angad was very transparent about the whole process involved with purchasing a new progressive lens glasses and was honest. He was very friendly, kind and one of the best salesperson we've ever met. My whole family were very satisfied with the experience and we look forward to buy more glasses at BonLook.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into BonLook today for my first pair of glasses. Was going in nervous I wouldn’t know what style would be good or not with so many options to choose from. From the greeting at the door all the way to the end of my appointment, Fletch made everything go so smooth and very easy. He gave me input which I appreciated. Savanna also was friendly while she worked with me. I will definitely recommend BonLook to others as prices are decent and you get perfect service. Can’t wait to get my glasses!
Fast forward to a couple weeks later, I ordered my wish list pair of glasses as I couldn’t stop thinking of them. I got them and they were just way too big for me and I wasn’t satisfied. I went in to do an exchange. Dilpreet worked with me to help me get a different pair and and the exchange process was so quick and easy. Thank you as well Dilpreet for your help.

I’ve been wearing glasses for years and shopping for frames has never taken less than a week - This happened to be the first store I went to and it didn’t even take an hour to find the right pair for me. The gentleman who helped had plenty of both appealing and practical suggestions, and was super friendly. I would recommend to anyone looking for their next pair of glasses to at least take a look!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since a very long time I was struggling to find a perfect pair of glasses for me but recently I went to this store for the first time and from greeting at the door to helping me pick my perfect frame, muskan helped me so much. I took me an hour but she was very patient. I got so many compliments on my glasses which increased my confidence. My prescription is very complicated but she made the process very smooth and easy. I will highly recommend going to this store and if you want something to fit your style, she can recommend really good frames. Absolutely thrilled with my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really liked my glasses at first, however the lens quality is very poor. Despite getting the anti-scratch and protective coatings, the lenses still got scratched which I have not experienced with any other glasses before. The warranty is very limited and did not cover the damaged lenses, so don't count on that when purchasing. Cute frames however would not recommend getting your prescription lenses from here if you are unless you are super careful with your glasses at all times, as they can't withstand normal everyday use. The frames are still very nice though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome staff, very friendly and helpful. I like how the frames come in different sizes, I have a narrow face and have always struggled with frames being too wide for my face. They have a very unique and stylish selection of frames. They also take Covid very seriously and I feel that the health and safety of staff and customers is a top priority. The only reason for 4/5 stars is because of the fact that the optician is not always at the store, so if you need adjustments or any other services you need to book an appointment online. It would be a bit more convenient to have the glasses adjusted the same day they are picked up. Overall I have had a really positive experience here .
