★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My God people .. stop complaining !! Personally I think your reading into what you call the "rudeness" or whatever all wrong... I just don't see it... a busy clinic like that doesn't have time to worry about your sensitivity, they need to get "sick" people seen the "same day"! Your didn't go to your own doctor because either he/she couldn't get you in the same day or wasn't in at all ............. think about that.
I'm just glad this clinic is there when I can't get to my doctor. The complaints are ridiculous.... its all about rudeness... how about "why" you went ?!
Anyway I just had to say something because I for one am glad they are here !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place and the receptionist/owner has always treated me in a professional and polite manner. If you treat people with kindness, they will treat you nicely too.
I’ve been to this clinic so many times in the past 10 years that I’ve lived in Bolton...I’ve spent lots of time in the reception area just observing people.
It gets old when you have people coming up to the desk saying they’ve been called when they haven’t and they just want to skip the line.
Sit down, wait your turn and stop expecting to be babied because you’re not feeling well. And stop taking it so personally that the receptionist doesn’t talk to you on the phone like your mother would.

They should not advertise themselves as a walk in clinic if they will not see you without a appointment maybe they should say that or have it written somewhere or even better change your name to doctor's office by appointment only before having people that need to be seen by a doctor waste their time coming to this doctor's office when IN PAIN and getting turned away. Very ridiculous also lady at front desk was very rude and had alot of attitude. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING TO THIS "WALK IN CLINIC" !!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going here for years. The doctors are usually great, the place, and the way its run, is not. Ive been waiting in pain for 4+ hrs to see a doctor.
Doesnt seem like they care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really appreciate that this clinic will take your name and number and call you when it’s your turn to come in. No more waiting for hours on end in a clinic! I found the staff to be polite and quite helpful. A four-star rating because their hours of operation are short.

The Dr. Listen to me and help me with my Problem very well. I am so thankful.
Some people don't understand that, but they are doing a dificult Job and it is realy Importand what they are doing.

open until 3, yet I was refused medical assistance because there already was 5 people in the waiting room. I understand that everyone has their limits , I'm just saying it goes to show that it is a business more than a facility of aid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since the receptionist has retired and they brought two girls instead of her it's awful.
The one that was working here for years was making waiting lines on the phone, phone the 5 nearest in line so they could park and call them again when their line is up. Obviously she was doing above and beyond and I wish she enjoys her retirement that she well deserves.
Now.... It's different.
First of all they lied to me on the phone saying the office is empty and there is no one there so I should come.
Then she sent me and my one year old to wait in the car because there are only two people in front of us (which I never asked)... I could see she's lying so we did Tim's drive thru, 30 minutes later I called again and aksed how long will the two patient take since my son's nap is coming up and I just want to be aware of the actual time line.
She then said I can come in and she'll let me in because there are two people in front of me (again, nor that I asked that information but it seems that the doctor spends an hour with each patient by the information coming from her)... I'm still waiting for the doctor and that's an hour and a half later.
I just don't understand why are you lying?! Why do you think it's okay to lie to patients?
