They were so kind and helpful, providing their expertise and help. They were almost immediate with their responses, which I appreciated and were also insightful! I was able to book a specialist appointment through their referral, which again was almost immediate. They have been nothing but helpful, and I am glad that I had the opportunity to work with them both!

They treated him like a real person with feelings, and "spoke" to him and explained what the issue was and how they were going to resolve it.

Claudia, the manager provided exceptional service, answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to accommodated all our needs. Thao, the Chriopodist that did our assessment was very kind, informative and provided great advice and services. We even received handouts on the proper footwear to purchase and various exercises, according to our unique foot issues. Overall, this was a great experience and I would 100% recommend the Bolton Foot and Orthotic Clinic!
