I tell you about my past to let you know i had to visit many MTO offices or provincial equivalent offices and i love this office the most as the line if any always moves fast and the staff are sooooo friendly. Love this office....!

The staff is super friendly and efficient, really it's the unprepared customers that make it worse than it needs to be. Y'all realize they can't control how many people show up in a day, right? And if more people showed up with their forms COMPLETED, and more people made sure they brought all. of. the. required. information. with. them. to. the. office... The line would move way way faster. Every single time I go there there's someone at the counter asking the staff to wait for them while they call someone real quick to get information that they forgot to bring.

M	Mitch Cronkwright on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only is it slow as molasses here ( yes I'm aware it's a licensing bureau) but they don't open until 10, not 9. Not that it matters, the line is so long that you need to show up at 6 in the morning to be able to get served. The line goes from the door, through the courtyards, up the stairs, and to the road every day. Might as well bring a chair and a lunch with you.

Zero customer service skills Please bring back the previous people that were there. I believe they we a family team. So kind, so helpful and a joy to deal with. Always a smile. They had great customer service skills.
