Best Gym in Canada

T	Tiger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service showers have bugs on them on the walls. No steam room for over a year. Pool area has no separate change rooms, weights are all over the place with no organization. New owners put some lipstick on the place but dont know how to operate. Such a shame as it's the most expensive in town.
G	George Bradshaw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renovation has made this place one of the best spacious gyms in Abbotsford with top notch clean equipment. All the equipment is pretty much brand new. Some of the best cardio machines, free weights, weight machines, squat racks, and a turf area. The gym is huge, and theres a lot of $ put into this place. There's also a women's only area too. Highly recommended!

S	Sunny S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pictures speak for themself, loose electrical wiring coming out of walls, electrical covers not being covered, toilets and water fountains that are uncleaned, construction fencing up in mens washroom, drywall pealing in mens washroom, out of order signs on machines the signs themselves so old they are tearing, floors not fully covered, this place has been ongoing construction for last 3 years. Facilties are not clean and unkept. I was a member here and took the advice of Abby who works at the front when she said i should sign up somewhere else now i pay half the price have access to gyms all across the lower mainland which are clean and well kept. Save your money as you can see this place is not what it used to be.

Canceled membership Dec 2021, continued to get charged all the way up until May 2022 despite ending membership. Bolt Fitness refused to return the money the took from me after I'd already canceled my membership. That's kinda ghetto. Who even does that. Like they argued with me about when I'd canceled in the same email I'd canceled my account with, even though it literally shows the date I'd canceled. Don't use this gym unless you're trying to waste money indefinitely.
A	Amrit Sidhu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best part of this gym is that they have a good selection of equipment. However, this is the only positive. Management of this facility is next to non-existent. Staff simply just sit at there desk on their phones not caring about anything. Sanitation is not present at this facility. Weights are just all over the place (probably because non of the staff enforce this or are even paying attention). Dumbbells are not even racked properly as there are no labels for where dumbbells go. Change rooms, sauna, and the pool are very disgusting as it never gets washed periodically throughout the day. Simple things that the staff can be doing and should be doing is not done. For such an expensive gym membership the service here is awful and non-existent. This gym has the potential to be much more, but management really need to sit down and evaluate their efforts as well hold their employees accountable for creating a great experience.
