★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The workers are absolutely judgmental people. They are very ignorant and not helpful at all. If you are not Euro Canadian or Euro American they think you're there to steal. They followed me around the store as soon as I walked in and followed me out. I would never go back or waste my money on products that I could get elsewhere. Believe me I could pay their wages, I have no need to steal. Their actions ruined my morning. I would of gave them a zero if i could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No greeting. Probably saw me struggling to check sizes for a hoodie hanging high up. Had to ask my boyfriend to check for me as I couldn't tell who were sales people and normal teens. Got my size and looked around for a mirror. Had to force eye contact with a salesgirl with a stick (would have come in handy earlier) to ask where a mirror was. She pointed and walked away. Had not asked if I needed a changeroom..asked for another size and another girl said that's all they had on display. Then walked away. Please quit your jobs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in there to ask about a product that was advertised on the website. Told by the young girl they don't have it and order it . That's ok but the way I was spoken too was very rude . Seeing the other reviews about this place totally agree. Won't go in there again..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service I have received the past few times I have went. Not only do they follow you around the store like they’re waiting for you to steal something but they also won’t ask if you need help or a change room. I do not recommend going to this location as everyone in that store is self absorbed and too lazy to do their jobs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in to find clothes for my two son’s (they refuse to go to the mall) they are growing like weeds and I can’t keep up! Aislynn was so helpful! I don’t know anything about new trends..She set me up and I’m happy to say they both loved everything I brought home!!! Thank you! I never usually go into boathouse but it was a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. I wasn’t intimidated at all..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just got home from shopping at Boathouse in Crossiron Mills. When I got to the cash register to pay for my items, the man at the till asked for my phone number and name. I said I would rather not share that with the store. He rudely said “well all of there items will be a final sale then without that information”. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I’m still shaking my head! No other store asked for that information and even if they did I’m sure they would not make it a condition of it being a final sale or not. That will be the last time I step foot in that store! Take your business somewhere else!
