I was very pleased with the teller who was very helpful and friendly, and she seemed to be very knowledgeable as it relates to my banking needs, at the time of my visit i had several transactions. I was contemplating between 3 to 4 Stars like all encounters some people may have good experience as much as they may have bad experience Why I withheld a Star, I visited your bank to use the ATM very late at night it was also a very cold night, and to my surprise, I saw a female sitting on the ground in the ATM area with her phone in her hands, of course I was concerned apart from it being a financial institution, and I was there to do a withdrawal, I paused for a moment to observe and inquired if she was okay, then I realized she was wearing a uniform which identifies her as a security guard, further observation and before we jump to conclusions there's no area in the ATM for sitting so the only choice is to sit on the ground where's the dignity? why can't the Bank provide a chair for occasional sitting? I guess a lot of questions can be asked about this issue.

I had been banking with BMO for almost 10 years and I had the worst in-branch experience at this location with a senior banker, JP Park. He kept talking over me and insisting I would not get approved for a student line of credit because my co-signer did not have a very high income. He was not willing to start a student LOC application for me. I found out today from a branch manager at a different BMO branch that the senior banker is not in the position to tell a client they are not eligible for a student LOC without starting an application. I wish I knew 10 years ago that BMO does not want to help customers that do not come from high-income families. The whole experience was absolutely heart-breaking and disappointing.

Im a long-standing client/customer with BMO as well as many of my family members and friends. In my entire experience with them, I have never been treated so poorly and with such little understanding at any other branch. My workplace from time to time writes cheques because of whatever difficulty with direct deposit they might be having at that moment in time. The first few years I would deposit these cheques, a hold would be placed of 5-7 business days, I would of course say NO PROBLEM I UNDERSTAND (keep in mind the account number from where the cheques were coming from NEVER changed with all of the past years). Eventually a kind woman at my HOME branch LIFTED the next holds on the same cheques so I wouldn't have to wait for my money(no need for a manager to help her do so ,or anything.) Two months (or so) ago I came with a cheque from the same account,with a larger amount of money this time(5,000$). It's the same process, they check the system to see if I have previous cheques of the same kind/ amount in order to "possibly" lift the FIVE DAY hold. That was fine, the other cheques WERE found in their system, HOWEVER not in the same amount, so management( or that senior teller that sits in the back of the other tellers) says "it's too big an amount" you must get this certified" I spoke to them of the urgency of my situation, that it's from the very same account I have been receiving cheques from for years!! But no,they had ZERO sympathy, even though I had NO issues with all my years with BMO and have deposited cheques like this before. I said fine, if it's too big of an amount, I won't think of anything about this experience. Later I found out from my sister (that works at a competing bank) that holds are completely up to the manager/teller. THIS TIME I came with the SAME amount I usually deposit this cheque at(around 1000$!). However THIS TIME, TWO MONTHS LATER, they told me that they found ONE cheque in their system, but it's too old? Two months later? Then for this funny amount of money, the SAME MANAGER/SENIOR TELLER told her coworker to tell me to get this amount certified from the cheques bank!!!! So this time around her story had changed, it's no longer the AMOUNT of money that's an issue, it is that the SAME CHEQUES IN THEIR SYSTEM ARE TOO OLD ,TWO MONTHS LATER?.. I expressed to them how deeply disappointed I was, and that this type of treatment is ridiculous. Absolutely no consideration that I have: school and bills to pay and eventually have to EAT! Sticking with them for this long has been absolutely useless, and recommending them to my whole family and all of my friends is completely useless, it's a lie. I understand now they do not value loyalty, they do not value people. What is the use of a manager/senior teller, that's IN CHARGE if she/he doesn't want to do their job, along with treating clients as human beings? Being with a bank is Not Just "policy" especially for mediocre requests such as the one I made, which was "please do not put a five day hold on my cheque that I have DEPOSITED before and is IN your system." Moral of the story, I'm transferring my stuff to my sister's bank, I will not be dealing with BMO anymore, and I warn the next person that wishes to go to THIS particular location not to waste your time. They do not care to help you, and if you doubt this review I am writing, please take a look at the starts they have...they speak for themselves.

This branch only opens Mon-Fri, closed Sat and Sun which most Banks are still open. Comparing with CIBC or TD, the BMO personal bankers are not friendly, they just ignore the clients who are waiting in the long line. Lack of support and service in this branch.

Employees are extremely helpful and patient (especially Ms.Hau), solved a problem that normally take more than a week within 2 hours, going back to my country in two days, if I ever come back to Canada in the future, this branch of BMO would definitely be my number one choice. Well is not about the branch but the employees there, as long as the branch able to retention their current employees, they will keep prosper.

Great service. Hours are quite limited but I've had quite helpful people involved. Much better than other BMO branches.

The branch needs a cleaner to clean the wet floors. I was about to fell when entering the branch! They are also low in staffโ€ฆ so the lineups are always longโ€ฆ The manager is nice though!
