★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had to come here for a mortgage after we got screwed over by a broker at dominion lending - jim black - lethbirdge. we normally dont like the big banks but had no choice. they gave us decent service and the rate was the same as the broker had offered us anyways. At least they didnt lie to us and cost us money like dominion lending did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their drive thru ATM is out of order but no sign posted or anything. This is the second BMO location in Lethbridge that is less than adequate. Perhaps BMO should think about only operating branches where they can offer full services at a single location versus having more than one location offering no services.
