The only suggestion would be, if you do not have a inside grill like the instructor but a BBq like us, it's better to have everything pre done before class because it's to hard to run in and out while he is instructing

The food we made was delicious and I will definitely revisit the recipes in the future. I look forward to signing up for more classes soon!

Something for everyone from beginner to skilled. Excellent video production for the class - close ups so you could see technique etc. Lots of tips and tricks. Chef Darcy was fun and funny and I was happy I spent the time and money on this class. The snacks were delicious - super easy and practical recipes which Chef had clearly put a lot of thought into.
