About Blue Crescent Hotels

Blue Crescent Hotels began as an idea to bring the benefits of a hotel chain to small towns.  Began by Steel Creek Developers, Blue Crescent Hotels opened the doors to our first property in Rivers Manitoba in January of 2020. Our second hotel opened the summer of 2020 in Grenfell Saskatchwan.  Currently we are completing our third hotel in Carman Manitoba set to open fall 2020 and have announced 3 more to begin construction in 2021.

Owner might want to look into it , that little healthy receptionist ( working mornings mostly)she always refuse to give rooms to cn. Never have issue with anyone else but if its her answer is no availability (every single time).

Awesome staff who quickly answered questions and our special needs. Clean well stocked rooms. Highly recommend to others.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond for our stay. The condition of the hotel was very clean and modern. We were very pleased with the service we received. We highly recommend this hotel.

Rude and unprofessional. The title of " assistant manager " has gone to one of the EMPLOYEE'S head, doesn't know how to talk to costumers. Maybe the hotel is getting too used to having consistent reservations from the railway that they feel they don't have to be professional anymore and argue with customers! Or maybe some of the employees need to go and take the course where they teach what exceptional customer service is, talking down to costumers or treating them like children is NOT part of customer service. There is a way to talk to people and still get your point across and how this person does it, is not the way. Once again extremely unprofessional and unnecessary attitude.

Need to be looked into about new management. Rude manager(s) and very unprofessional. Walked in to check in the hotel for a room and could hear the managers watching videos on there phone and once finally approached was very ignorant (Has happened multiple occasions) will not be returning anymore..

One of the best customer service i had. the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms always clean. Overall rating is great. Would recommend it to family and friends.

We stayed here for a week. Rooms are very clean. Workers washing walls and much more than anywhere we have stayed. Personal touches like folded towels in different shapes, real coffee cups. All were amazing. Would highly highly recommend this beautiful hotel for your next stay. Five stars plus more.
