Westoba Credit Union, You are most definitely NOT winning us over, from Cambrian, pulling greedy stunts like charging for things without warning, AND that did NOT even go near a branch!! Cambrian Credit Union leaves you guys in the dirt, with the customer considerate services they offer! And they are not likely any bigger than you, seeing as how, so far, they are only in Winnipeg and Selkirk. I'll tell you one thing for sure and certain, unless you SERIOUSLY, and CONSIDERABLY, improve your level, integrity, and quality of service; we will keep every cent we can OUT of YOUR institution! We will give every cent of our business that we possibly can do remotely, at Cambrian. AND should they ever finally decide to open a branch in Brandon, YOU can kiss goodbye even the scraps of business we MAY bring to you it is necessary to of do something in person, in branch!! As it is, I am SERIOUSLY considering finding another Credit Union in Westman, even if it does mean driving to a town or city outside of Rivers! I'm NOT kidding! You are that unimpressive. We never were especially enthralled with your institution right from when we first started looking into opening accounts locally, but we figured we'd give you a chance, and try and support the local economy, even though you already left a great deal to be desired. You clearly do not know how to engender loyalty in your customers. Unlike Cambrian, who proved themselves right from our very first casual interaction with them, and with the rarest of personnel exceptions, have continued to do so. A dissatisfied and annoyed customer
