★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff try hard but they've been cut to the bone, so prepare for long lines, and they don't even have a receptionist to direct you anymore. We switched banks because to do ANYTHING other than use the cashier you have to "make an appointment" on the phone or in person, and physically go there which is so outdated. Our new bank allows secure online help and access to make changes to our accounts. Our time is valuable.
