★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEST chicken teriyaki in all of western Canada! Sushi Mong has been the best sushi and service in all of our travels throughout BC and Alberta and we have tried plenty of sushi restaurants!! Hayden is incredibly attentive and has done an amazing job making guests feel welcome. All the staff are over the top friendly and the chef's clearly know what they're doing. The tempura was always perfectly cooked and the rolls were beautiful and tasty! Can't recommend the chicken teriyaki enough either. Highly recommend stopping in for an amazing meal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not your average sushi! It is so delicious and well presented, reasonably priced, and excellent quality. Definitely the best sushi in CR and on par with some of the better places in Toronto.
The online ordering system is great. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! Whenever I eat at a new restaurant, I always read the reviews. Mainly, the 1 & 2 star reviews. There are way, way too many of those for this restaurant, specifically complaining about the food, which says a lot about the people leaving the reviews. This is a fantastic sushi restaurant and is *extremely* fairly priced! Me and a friend had 7 rolls, an appetizer, and 2 sides of rice for under $60. The quality was awesome, very fresh ingredients and amazing flavor. I've eaten at 30+ sushi restaurants all over the island, and this is safely in the top 5. Staff are super friendly as well! Definitely worth coming here and I'll for sure be coming back the next time I'm in Campbell River!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This a great restaurant with reasonable prices and average wait times. The staff are friendly and courteous.
The food was very good, the sashimi was awesome and the presentation was great. I'm not one for all the mayo (western look) so I keep things simple. I'd recommend this place to anyone who enjoys Japanese and Korean food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a fabulous dinner here and the prices were very reasonable! We had the assorted tempura, the smoked salmon roll with real crab and the Chicken Udon noodle dish which was huge and very tasty. The service was top notch as well. We arrived just before 8:00 when they close but they served us anyway and did not rush us at all. We will be back!
