Just did a return for a birthday gift for someone that didn't workout and the customer service girls were giving me so much attitude and talking under their breath about the return policy...for returning something I bought a month ago...SORRY for pre planning a birthday? Never had a worse experience in returning something. FYI: most of your customers are camp people, you should probably fix that.
