He listened to my needs and wants , limits , expectations and took care of it with the utmost professionalism.. He negotiated with my best interests in mid at all times and even got his hands dirty moving me in.
I recomend Neil to anyone who's looking for a no pressure professional that will get the job done!!!

Living in Manitoba while home shopping on the island meant dealing with a 2 hour time difference, video tours, unending questions and friends doing tours for us. He listened to our needs (which we're many!) answered all of our questions (which were even more!) and went above and beyond to find us the perfect home within our budget.
