★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company has ignored basic tenancy act rules and rights falsified police reports and bragged about making complaints to the ministry for things like no running water witch there was and that the chimney needed to be swept gave even falsified receipts and ransacked my place that I was renting from them I've won arbitration twice against them and they're still not following proper rules

Will not return your calls or be anything of a good landlord. Just shows up hands you Papers and leaves. No respect for their tenants and will break basic tenancy act laws to get their way.
