Being a sports person I have been treated along the years for muscle problems, knee injuries and even for BPV (benign positional vertigo). All treatments meant a complete success. Sensational team from the girls at the Reception to each one of the professional specialists. A 10/10 to all of them.

I have been attending this clinic for almost 10 years now and I find it exceptional service with great results. The doctors and therapists are very attentive to your needs and the staff are very friendly.

When I looked up the clinic, I saw the good reviews and booked an hour long massage to help with the stress that had been building up in my shoulders. When I got there, it looked clean, had plenty of staff and a friendly reception, I was feeling good about my decision. I was scheduled to have a massage with John. I told him that I was dealing with stress in my shoulders. He noted that I had scoliosis and said something about that being related to the stress I was feeling. I went along with it. He did things I've never had a different massage therapist do. After half an hour, he let me know the massage was over. Luckily, the secretary did notice that it was supposed to be an hour and not half an hour. She couldn't get ahold of my insurance so she kindly let me make other arrangements for the payment. In the week after this massage, I have experienced the worst pain develop in my back: I've had difficulty bending over, crouching, sleeping and walking. Other massage therapists in the past have noticed that I have scoliosis but have never attempted what John did and it has never lead to some much pain after the fact. Scheduled the first available massage with a widely reviewed clinic called Step Up Massage. Note: I have seen the owner's response. Unfortunately, your answer does not address why John spent very little time on shoulder tension which is what I very clearly asked for. Secondly, I have had scoliosis for many years and I haven't tried any new exercise. The only thing that was different was the RMT trying to push on my spine and curve which has never been done to me before. I understand that you're upset about the poor review but it does not address the problems I highlighted.

Best massage I have ever had, the hands of God? She even gave me a treatment plan/advice at no extra cost. Not naming her so she doesn't get overbooked for when I need her LOL.

This Rehab facility is one of the best ive ever been too! Staff are courteous and respectfully. Well versed and knowledgeable about all things pertaining to their respective field. The staff really get to know you and spend time talking with you. The environment is professional yet fun. They are really balanced!

Great medical centre with knowledgeable professional staff. Centrally located right at Dufferin & Bloor. The building is well maintained. It's clean, well lit and the elevators always seem to be in good working order. I see my ND Christina De Avila on the 2nd floor at this building. She is so knowledgeable, professional, and skilled. She does great acupuncture as well and overall seems so caring and genuine. I highly recommend contacting her for those looking to see an excellent nautroparhic doctor in a superb central location!

I come to this rehab center for Chiropractic treatment for my head and neck and Massage Therapy for my back and neck. I have a medical condition and since I started coming here my quality of life has improved. The Therapists are professional and know their craft. The administrative team members are friendly and always helpful. My appointments are always on time and I highly recommend this location.
