I've been treated by her twice for a terribly sore neck from a pinched nerve/herniated disk and each time I've come away feeling rejuvenated. It's clear to me that she is a knowledgeable and experienced health care professional with incredible technique. I have had many massage therapists in the past and she is by far one of the best. Ilana's treatment facility is located within a cozy home in a clean and relaxing room. She has taken all the precautions to make her clients feel comfortable and safe. We both wore masks during my appointment, hand sanitizer is readily available upon entry, and there is a HEPA air purifier in the treatment space. Ilana is warm, friendly and great at communication. She also has cool taste in music!

Online booking, clear comprehensive covid precautions, and change/cancellation rules are all up front and easy to use. In person, she is easy to talk to, and quickly understands exactly what’s needed. She is very knowledgeable and after the massage she will email exercises/stretches tailored to you. She is also great for acupuncture, and she has a heated massage table! Highly recommended.
