★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have known Payam Ramesh for three years in the role of a massage therapist. I had booked a visit for a massage treatment to alleviate tense muscles in my shoulders and back. Right away, I was very impressed by Payam's skill when he diagnosed an untreated neck injury during the initial assessment. I was in a car accident many years before and had not addressed the problems in my neck.
I would book massage treatments with Payem whenever my work-life balance is not aligned. He helps me by suggesting stretching exercises, grounding my body and meticulously working on every muscle group affected by poor posture, long hours of sitting and lack of exercise. Payam's massage treatments were exceptionally beneficial when I was in the last stages of my doctoral work. I had severe stress-related injuries. Payam always tailored the massage to either relax me, treat the tension or focus on stretching. I experienced how Payem's physiotherapy training has enhanced his massage therapy skills as well. Payam would always check the alignment of my hips and spine before starting the treatment.
I highly recommend Payam Ramesh as a highly skilled and attentive massage therapist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been fortunate to have seen both Susan and Adrienne. They're highly skilled, and have made a real difference for me. I'm a 50-something ADD-limited learner, and they've both been patient and adaptable, responding to my need to keep things simple and gradual. I appreciate that they adjust exercise plans to fit with what I will realistically do between sessions. Love the relaxed vibe, too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adrienne has been a great physiotherapist throughout my treatment. She took the time to do a thorough assessment to find all possible explanations for my injury. Her treatment plans are detailed and take into consideration the degree to which my injury limits mobility.
Additionally, Adrienne has several different treatment methods which she uses during sessions, to provide relief. These have been effective in alleviating the pain my injury causes.
She also goes above and beyond with her home program designs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've come to Adrienne for numerous injuries and here assessment and treatment has been spot on. She also sends you home with clear instructions on how to do your exercises via email which is great. As long as you do your exercises you should get better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've found my appointments with Adrienne helpful and worthwhile. Take home exercises are also helpful it's nice to see continuous improvement. She's also helped me get more out of other fitness classes with advice on position and muscle use.
Highly recommend, I feel she is great at meeting people where they are at, and working with them to help get things moving.
I recently took an intro to pilates class with Susan and it was a very positive experience too. Seems like there are great people working here, and I'm glad they're in the neighbourhood.
