★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carly is the best RMT I've ever been to! She has the most wonderful way of making you feel like you are the most important patient to her while you are in her office. She is incredibly knowledgeable in her craft, and is constantly upgrading her education to provide more comprehensive care. I can't wait to start seeing her for TCM Acupuncture now that she is also a registered Acupuncturist!!!

Her massage and ACU treatments are my favourite way to provide some self-care. Her studio is super cute and she always plays the best music which helps me to relax and sometimes even fall asleep;).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have really painful TMJ and suffer from headaches and migraine because of it. I'm so happy I found the TMJ focused massage with Carly. It really helped loosen my jaw and head tension. I love that she uses a combination of massage and acupuncture, and the cupping & Gua Sha stone feel really great. I highly recommend this service to anyone with TMJ or head tension.

Her space is always clean, quiet, relaxing and very inviting. Carly always listens to my needs and is great at communicating with me during each treatment. Her online booking system is a breeze! I always look forward to my sessions and walk out the door incredibly relaxed. I highly recommend booking in with Carly and getting into her healing hands!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love my cosmetic acupuncture sessions with Carly! She really helps with any blemishes I may have and I feel so relaxed on her table. I definitely see progressive results after each visit. I love that she finishes her acupuncture treatments with facial gua sha and cupping, I leave with a serious glow :)
Highly recommend if you are looking for a holistic alternative to botox!
