I recently visited TSFW for an Empress Facial and was incredibly impressed with the warm, welcoming atmosphere of the spa, as well as the attentive professionalism of the staff. As someone with ultra-sensitive, allergy-prone skin, their line of skincare products did wonders for my complexion! The aesthetician finished off my treatment with an invigorating back massage, which was a lovely final touch that most spas don't seem to offer. You ladies left me glowing and amazingly relaxed - I will most definitely be coming back to try more of your services!

Love this place. Been here once for a massage and will be back. It is super clean, relaxing and a welcoming environment. Receptionist was very nice and I didn't have to wait long to get into my appointment. The massage really helped with some back issues I've been having. Highly recommend.

Had quite a few massages across town from about several different businesses. I don't know about the other massage practitioners at this location, but, I had and have been getting massages with Lena. I honestly think she's one of the best in the city. She seems to be there only certain days, but WOW, she's very good at what she does. She's suuuuch a nice person :) very accommodating, and comfortable with changing pressure and pace. Her technique is very very good. She also very friendly to chat to, with a sense of humor too! Each time I've gone to other places, I still come back to book with Lena. She is better then most RMTs I've gone to. If you come here I highly recommend booking with Lena. As for the venue, it's very warm and inviting. Staff is friendly too. And the rooms aren't cold, but could be better heated/warmer and the rooms are usually well kept, clean, no smells or dirt.

I bought a 2x 45 minute massage from Groupon. The first massage was good! Clean location, nice reception and masseuse. Now, when I’m trying to schedule the second one, the coupon is marked as redeemed already, no one will answer the phone, and the voicemail inbox is full.

My boyfriend and I booked a couples massage after purchasing a Groupon for this place. A few days before our appointment, my boyfriend received a text saying his appointment time was changed. When I called, a reason was given however it was slightly disappointing and inconvenient that we were not able to get our massages at the same time. This situation aside, we both really enjoyed our massages and the service was very good. We hope scheduling works out better next time!

This place recently opened this year and I was pleased when I arrived that it was neat, modern and the receptionist was friendly. I had 4 services in total - by far, the best services were the facial and cold laser by Eva which I would gladly come again. She was professional, friendly and gave an amazing facial and decolletage massage and always explained what she was doing throughout. She was the ultimate professional and I would recommend. I also had an acupuncture and massage done. I was not pleased with either service and found the acupuncturist was quite rude - it was actually one of the most stressful and unpleasant wellness service I've received in a long time. She was 10 mins late, unapologetic, and did not make up the time, was rude to me as well as charging full price and never explained what she was doing. It was alarming and unpleasant and at several points in time, she left the room for extended periods of time and I did not know what to do lying there with needles in me. There was no consultation or explanation of what the remedy was and I found the whole thing quite unprofessional. The massage was also unpleasant and the sheets had a strong musky odour to them - the face covering was very wrinkled and smelled of cologne. I do not think the sheets were changed before me. The massage itself was very very poor and it was clear that it was not a trained massage and the entire massage was done over a sheet covering so that she would not have to touch my skin. At the end of the session, I had a pounding headache, felt very uncomfortable and overall unpleasant. These services I unfortunately cannot recommend at all. However, I had a very lovely and professional facial from Eva and will certainly return!

I’ve been coming here for a few months and had a great experience. The massages are some of the best in the city, if you like deep tissue or shiatsu (which I do). I’ve also been receiving some hair thinning treatments for the first time in my life (both micro-needling and cold laser). I think I’m starting to see some results and my wife is positive it’s working. The staff really takes time to explain everything and make sure you are comfortable. Highly recommended.

So, I have been to many places, but I've never been to a massage business that the therapist doesn’t speak to you at all or come into the room prior to you getting undressed on the table. I found that a bit unprofessional and strange, getting undressed and laying down, when I hadn't met anyone yet. Perhaps the second or third session I wouldn't mind it… but surely not the first? Then she, Jenny, came in and I realized she didn't speak any English besides hello, which concerned me because I had been working out hard that week and had an area of concern, so when she went over it, it really hurt me! I tried to explain lighter pressure for that area, but that didn't seem to work. Additionally, the massage therapist didn't use any aromatherapy, when I booked and paid for it. Massage was okay, not overly skillful. On top of that the receptionist is condescending and on lala time, when I had to re-schedule my 2nd appointment. I already paid for 2, so I was willing to give it one more try, but that experience with her was enough for me to WANT to forfit it! Which is clealry saying a lot. werid.
