From our interactions it was obvious that Mike has the skills and the heart that a 3rd party needs to help create an environment for as well as facilitate a dialogue in hard situations. I can easily recommending Mike for dispute resolution.

Mike helps me to centre, to laugh, and to be thankful for all the things that I enjoy; to improve the things that I can; and to shrug off the things that I can't. That act of pivoting to another view includes a pause; a time to easily exist, which is easier said than done. Right in the beginning he was our teacher; inspiring and educating us with his speeches on life lessons from his deep understanding, experience and interest in developing healthy relationships through reflection. Mike was born to be a teacher. His background in teaching, his patience and compassion serve him well in his field as a mediator. Through Mike's knack for storytelling, he is able to break down complex ideas so that anyone can understand them and apply them to their lives in a meaningful way. I have been lucky and fortunate that Mike and I have crossed paths.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike is brilliant. I would not be the person I am today without his guidance and supportive wisdom. About a decade ago, Mike was the vice principal of my high school. He guided me through many difficult moments of my adolescence and was, and continues to be, a role model.
Years later, Mike and I still keep in touch. We have a small correspondence where we've discussed philosophy and relationships. Mike recently helped me through some relationship difficulties. I truly felt empowered to make the changes I needed to make in order to live the life I want to live. I attribute a large part of the success of my relationship to Mike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, my husband and I decided to separate in late 2021. I found Mike through a Google search and we booked him to help us mediate through the divorce process. It was not easy. It was not fun. But, here we are on the other side and I can truly say I have no idea how people do this without someone like Mike in their corner. He helped us through very difficult conversations and was always there between sessions with a quick, helpful email response. If you find yourself in this situation and want to go the mediation route, you can't go wrong with Mike.
