★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice atmosphere and the staff is friendly, but jesus the cookies are bad. I don't know if I got a bad batch but all I could taste the sugar, no salt, no vanilla. They ended up in the trash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is GORGEOUS, from the beautiful neon wall to the pop art frames, and the crisp white floors and counters. We walked in with our toddler last Sunday morning and grabbed some cappuccinos and a mixed box of 12 cookies so that we could try as many flavours as we could!
Every single cookie was exceptional. The service was warm and friendly, and our little one adored playing with their signature Cookie Monster stuffed animal. The perfect touch and so on brand! Keep up the amazing work. We are customers for life!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You want to scam people without consequences? Missing ingredients. Buy from her and she will blast you publicly if you don’t like her cookies. Plus, create a whole drama harassing, degrading and blaming you while she was the one to come on your social media first trying to get money and being nosy to degrade you more! I have proof that I have already bought THREE TIMES by e-transfer! Not even a single "thank you" when I sent money the second time I bought from her! Don’t be fooled by all the good reviews, she gave free cookies for them. So unprofessional! ?? Try at your own risk. ?
UPDATE: The owner has just messaged me on my last order ever from her showing that what she replied to me is false. I never went to both of the stores but I clearly ordered from her online and three times, at that! In fact, 95% of my reviews are good reviews. I literally still have the screenshots of all the people you gave free cookies to just so that they can come HARASS me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decadent, rich, velvety, gooy, chewy, warm, heavenly, thick, delicious cookies, I can't wait to go back. I had the kinder, funfetti, salted caramel, brownie, and oreo. My favorite was the kinder and salted caramel. If you have sweet tooth and a craving for cookies you have found the cure at Blonde Biscuterie. Really good service, the server was really nice and patient with me, and the cookies were ready and warm in like 3 minutes ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Often closed when they are suppose to be open. We were standing outside when they were suppose to be open, but the door was locked. An employee eventually was in the front store and saw us, but did not acknowledge the fact that we were waiting.
When they are open, the cookies taste great. A bit pricey for what you get, but delicious nonetheless.
They could have more selection of items to buy. Missing beverages and other variety.
