Get a bit drunk and go for it! The drinks are nice, the public is cool, the DJ is awesome (great singer btw)! Great place to get to know new people, both anglo/francophone.

Yummy drinks and cheap prices for said drinks (with prices depending on when you’re there). Helpful servers and an awesome music curator/DJ/hypebeast. You actually feel comfortable enough to get up on stage! I will definitely be back.

I have gone twice: the first time I was never ever able to get any service and we had to go elsewhere. The second time, we were denied entree at the door on the basis that they were booked for the night.

However, make sure to ask for your songs in advance as they will arrange them based upon I have no idea what criteria (maybe to make better transitions or to make different people sing). Don’t be afraid to give it a shot! Only 1% of the participants are actually good and they will always try to steal the stage ? feels good to have variety ??
